The Virtual Lakeland Ultra Run starts on Saturday 11th July and finishes on Wednesday 22nd July. The entry fee is £25 which includes the cost of your finisher medal and postage, the rest of the money goes to charity.

You can enter either the 50 mile or 100 mile challenge and the format is simple, each day you walk, run, swim, cycle or push a chosen distance (you choose how far) and then at the end of each day you upload how many miles you’ve covered – if you miss a day that’s fine just so long as your total at the end of the 12 days corresponds to your chosen distance.

Throughout the week we’ll have a live leader board showing how far people have traveled and we’ll also have live updates on our Facebook page. If you can cover just over 4 miles of walking or running each day, you can complete the 50 mile challenge.

Taking part as a team : To take part as a team the 1st team member entering needs to add the teams name to the Team Name List. Then when other team members sign up they will be able to select the team name from the available list and the team will be built up.   You can have as many people as you like in a team! 

If you make the entry on behalf of someone else you will be responsible for adding their times and distances for them.
